QUEEN

Brian May (guitarist), Freddie Mercury (vocals), John Deacon (bass), and Roger Taylor (drums) founded the legendary group Queen in London in 1970. 3 years after forming, the group managed to release their first album, QUEEN. Although this album got a lot of praise from music critics, but sales numbers are not quite satisfactory.

The 2nd album Queen II raised by their single Seven Seas of Rhye and made ​​it into the Top 5 British Album Charts. But sales outside the UK still keteteran and not much different from their first album.

Finally success came over to them as the release of their 3rd album Sheer Heart Attack. This album entered ranked 2nd in the UK and through the United States with satisfactory sales.

The group never changing of personnel during their active period is ultimately their success should end with the death of Freddie Mercury late 1991. Time personnel decided that the Queen would not be seeking a replacement vocalist again, which means that the Queen was over. Although rumors had circulated that they will join again with vocalist Paul Rodgers in place of Freddie, but it seems this rumor has not been proven until now.
